ADVANCE Performance Contract

 

ADVANCE and Client ___________________________________________ agree that the band

ADVANCE shall perform on the date of _______/_______/_______.

Starting at ________ p.m. until ________ a.m./p.m. for the contract fee of $___________.

 

Accepted practices such as a 15 minute break between sets of approximately 1 hour shall be recognized. ADVANCE will require access 2 hours prior to performance for equipment set-up.
Payment to be made as follows:

• $50 deposit at time of booking (nonrefundable)

• $_________ balance due at set-up. (Cash or Money Order payable to ADVANCE)

 

ADVANCE will make every effort to abide by the terms of this contract. Extenuating circumstances such as faulty power supply, emergency, etc. are outside the control of the band.
